Naruto cupcakes

Naruto characters sculpted from sugar paste and royal icing.
Cupcakes and icing were vanilla flavoured!

I had SO much fun making these for a friends birthday, I did feel a bit bad too though since I've been wanting to make Naruto cupcakes for ages, and his bbirthday was more of an excuse for me to make them now! That and I finally have the time and tools to make them!

To keep them simple and unlikely to fall apart in transport I decided to not give them arms, also keeping with the style of my Pyromaniac cake. These cupcakes are 95% edible (the 5% being the paper cup)
