I don't think anyone could eat that. Not even because it's to pretty to dare to destroy it. But because there is so much sugar in it that after just two bites almost anyone would throw up. It is beutiful work of art though.
Actually, Swiss Meringue buttercream isn't very sweet, especially compared to fondant and American buttercream. I also added a very tart lemon curd into the centre of the cake which cut any richness I don't waste my time on inedible cakes If it doesn't taste as good as it looks, it's a waste of food.
